The Adventures of the Magical Pajamas

One day I was scrolling thru my Facebook newsfeed and there I saw a link that someone posted to "like" an author's book. So instead of just liking the link, I clicked on it and it took me to the website, where it read "The Adventures of the Magical Pajamas."
I noticed it was a book that came with a pair of pajamas, I thought how awesome is this. So, I knew I needed to contact the author and get this on Holbrook Macaroni Kid's newsletter and tell everyone about it!!
Hannah, my 4 year old and Daniel, my 6 year old got ready for bed and slipped into their new firemen pajamas. Why fireman pajamas you ask? These are the pajamas that came with the book. So we snuggled up and began to read the book. Jacob is a boy that falls asleep in his firemen pajamas and dreams that he actually becomes a REAL firefighter! Jacob becomes the hero of saving the Pet Shop and animals from the fire he puts out. My son was acting some of the scenes out, like he was the one really putting out the fire. The imagination that books allows kids to have is fascinating. Both my kids gave this 2 thumbs up!
So ask yourself, do you have a hard time getting your kids to bed, if so I highly recommend you get this book. This book allows the kids to feel like they are part of the story, by allowing them to be in costume - their PAJAMAS. This book teaches them that they can be whoever or whatever they want to be as long as they put their minds to it. Anything can happen, if they dream big!
