COVID-19 Update: parks and playgrounds are starting to open up, though some still remain closed.


The weather is getting nicer and the kids are begging to go outside! Don't know where to go? Here is a list of parks and playgrounds in the area.

Lake Ronkonkoma County Park
6 Lake Shore Road, Ronkonkoma

Completely fenced in.
Has a large playground for big kids.
Smaller playground for the little ones.
Right on the lake.
Walking trails.
Beach area.
Swings.





Ronkonkoma Recreation
299 Rosevale Avenue, Ronkonkoma

Large playground at the top of the hill for older kids.
Smaller playground down by the water for younger kids.

On the beach.

Town Recreation card needed in summer.




Raynor Beach County Park
